Overview

The 7023/4000 series of high-voltage current transformers was designed for current input into MI’s 300 kV Loss Measurement System. This design meets both IEC and IEEE standards for testing power transformers. The bushings contain insulating gas, and are fitted with a 4-20 mA output pressure indicator or pressure transducer for continuous monitoring. The CT’s primary window winding connects through a copper bar, rated to carry currents up to 4000 A.
