The Measurements International’s Customer Support team is ready to assist you with a wide range of services, including pre-purchase consultation, purchase planning and forecasting, best practices, spare parts inquires, rentals and loaners, repairs, in-house and on-site calibrations, equipment upgrades, system installation and training, troubleshooting, and general maintenance.
Measurements International’s calibration laboratory is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) for Metrology (Resistance, Voltage & Current), AC Power & Energy, and the components used in the AccuLoss® series of loss measurement systems. All tests and calibrations are done according to ISO 17025 standards. We provide reports and certificates for all accredited calibrations.
MI provides both in-house and on-site calibrations, which can be either ISO 17025 or standard. Any equipment requiring calibration must have submitted a Calibration Service Form prior to the test equipment arriving on site or at the factory.
MI offers both in-house and on-site repairs and evaluations. In-house repairs can include both a basic repair and a repair with calibration. Any equipment that is being returned for a repair must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from our Customer Service team.
MI has some rental units available during your equipment repair or calibration. Ask us how you can keep your test floor operating.

Our training helps you maintain, upgrade, and update the skills of your staff throughout their professional lives.

Our product specialists are ready to assist with the correct parts that you need. In some cases, like with older models, replacement parts may no longer be available for certain discontinued equipment or parts. Our specialists will help you find the best options and solutions for your needs.
Measurements International continually upgrades and develops new technologies on a set cycle. Upgrades can include enhanced software programs, or hardware devices that provide greater performance than earlier models.
For large system purchases, Measurements International provides system installation, commissioning and training assistance to get your lab up and running. This service is available for both the AccuLoss® series of products and DC systems.
